EMOTIONS


                            EMOTIONS
Definition:

In the oxford dictionary noun Emotion has two meanings
1.    Representation of facial  expression
2.    Strong mental or instinctive feeling such as love or fear
As per Stanford Encyclopedia of philosophy term Emotion in Sanskrit includes two parts Vedna(inner feelings) and Bhava(External feelings or expressions).
Purpose of emotions:
1.    It make us feel due to our senses
2.    It helps us to express our feelings with our expressions and movement of body parts
3.    It helps other person to know that what are we thinking
Sources of emotions:
1.    Age
Cause of younger age to be most sensitive age is weak physical and mental strength. As you grow you develop the capacity to control your emotions.
2.    Health
Physical and mental conditions play a big role in the emotional condition of mind and feelings as well as expressions. With poor health you tend to become more negative because of intolerant state of body and mind.
3.    Weather
Weather plays a big role in physical and mental health. It causes change in the emotional condition of mind. Reason is chemical reactions inside the body having effects on the mind hence thinking process changes the mood or emotions.
4.    Physical and Mental Stress
Stress of either type is not suitable to the functioning of brain. It effects the emotions negatively. Longer the duration of stress will cause weak   mental condition.
5.    Social Nature
For being social you need to come out of your personal shell. Higher social nature will lead to positive attitude and good brain power.
6.    Exercises
Regular exercises are good reasons to keep us healthy. Healthier mind and body will lead to peaceful soul and positive attitude, which ultimately balances the mood and emotions.
7.    Deep Sleep
Deep sleep is important for balanced mood and mind. If you work a lot and do not get proper sleep than you will feel tired. This in turn causes hostile nature imbalanced mind mood and emotions.
Types of Emotions:
Emotions are of two types positive and negative. (-ve. is antonym of +ve.)These comes under following categories
       i.            Sadness or happiness
     ii.            Disgust or liking
  iii.            Anger or peaceful
  iv.            Fear or fearlessness
     v.            Surprise or predictable
Process of Emotional feelings:
Sensational feelings lead to, Expressions which causes, Bodily symptoms which motivate, Self action to project evaluation of any event or objective this ends with, me assessing your emotions.
“Pros and Cons” of Emotions:
By reading 5 types of emotions we can easily assess pros and cons of emotions e.g. when we are happy our moods become lighter intern our health improves. Cons are sadness which burdens mind and digestion become poor and health deteriorates.
Conclusion:
It can be concluded that mental and physical conditions depend on each other. More we are healthy better will be our mind. For being healthy and happy, the mind needs education, the body needs nutrition which ultimately causes Soul satisfaction.
