Different Forms of Entrepreneurs


उद्यमिता साहित्य उद्यमी को विभिन्न क्षेत्रों में प्रतिष्ठित करता है :

(१) सामाजिक उद्यमी:

एक सामाजिक उद्यमी मदद करने के लिए सामाजिक पर्यावरण,शिक्षा और आर्थिक स्थितियों को परिवर्तित करने की इच्छा से प्रेरित होता है|प्रभाविक सामाजिक उद्यमियों के मुख्य लक्षण एवं स्वरुप, समाज को यथास्थिति में स्वीकार न करने की महत्वाकांक्षा है |

सामाजिक उद्यमी भावुक प्रवृत्ति से प्रेरित होते हैं एवं स्वयं के कार्य द्वारा दुनिया में सामाजिक एवं आर्थिक परिवर्तन लाना चाहते हैं |वे वैश्विक समस्या के हल के लिए सामाजिक समाधान ढूंढने का प्रयास करते हैं न क़ि लाभ कमाने की कमाना करते हैं|

उनकी की कार्य शैली को अन्य के द्वारा अपनाया जा सकता है |वह समाज में पेश की गई वस्तुओं एवं सेवाओं के सुधार के माध्यम से सामाजिक मूल्य में परिवर्तन लाना चाहते हैं |अच्छी वस्तुओं ,सेवाओं,आदि के माध्यम से समाज में उन्नति लाने का प्रयास गैरलाभ योजनाओं के माध्यम से लाया जा सकता है |

(२) क्रमिक उद्यमी

क्रमिक उद्यमी सदा नए विचारों के साथ आता है और नया कारोबार प्रारंभ करता है | समाचार माध्यमों ने क्रमिक उद्यमियों को जोखिम, नवाचार और उच्च प्रवृति की उपलब्धि की भावना रखने के रूप में प्रतिष्ठित किया है |क्रमिक उद्यमियों के अन्दर अधिक उद्यमशीलता एवं बारम्बारिक सफलताओं एवं अधिक अनुभवों की संभावनाएं होती हैं |वे अधिक जोखिम लेने एवं व्यापारिक असफलता से उभरने की संभावनाएं रखते हैं |   

(३) जीवन शैली उद्यमी


जीवन शैली उद्यमी लाभ से पहले मनोभावों को प्रधानता  देता है ताकि पैसा कमाने के साथ- साथ निजी हित एवं प्रतिभा का गठबंधन स्थापित किया जा सके | बहुत सारे उद्यमी प्रधान रूप से व्यापार को लाभदायक बनाने की भावना  (जैसे की शेयर धारकों को पैसा देना आदि ) से प्रेरित हो सकते हैं तथापि ,

 जीवन शैली उद्यमी जानबूझ कर एक व्यापार प्रतिमान को विकसित करने तथा अपने व्यापार को अधिक समयावधि तक  लाभदायक तरीके से स्थापित करने के लिए उस क्षेत्र का चुनाव करता है जहाँ उसकी स्वयं की भावना, रूचि, योग्यता   ज्ञान एवं विशेषता जुडी हों |

 एक जीवन शैली उद्यमी,उद्यमी बनने की कामना इसलिए करता है ताकि उसे अधिक व्यक्तिगत स्वतंत्रता,परिवार के लिए अधिक समय,तथा उन परियोजनाओं पर अधिक समय तक कार्य कर सकने का समय मिल सके जिससे उन्हें प्रेरणा मिलती है |

जीवन शैली उद्यमी अपने पेशे के साथ शौक को भी साथ रख लेता है ताकि व्यपार का विस्तार नहीं बल्कि स्वयं उद्यम के नियंत्रण में हो |उनका लक्ष्य होता है स्वरोजगार,कुछ ऐसा करें जिससे उन्हें प्रेरणा मिले संतुलित जीवन हो तथा बिना शेयर धारक के स्वयं व्यवसाय कर सकें| ऐसे उद्यमी अपने व्यवसाय के लिए समर्पित होते हैं तथा रचनात्मक उद्योंगो एवं पर्यटन उद्योग आदि के अन्दर कार्य कर सकते हैं | 

(४)सिद्धांत  आधारित वर्गीकरण

हाल ही के उद्यमिता अनुसन्धान के क्रिया कलापों से संकेत मिलता है की उद्यमियों और उनके व्यव्हार में विजयातियता में मतभेद उद्यम के संस्थापक की पहचान से लगाया जा सकता है |
उपरोक्त लेख का सार है की किसी भी उद्यम को  प्रारंभ करने   से पहले हमें स्वयं  के स्वभाव से परिचित हो जाना चाहिए |

   Entrepreneurship literature distinguished the entrepreneur in various fields:





(1) Social Entrepreneur:


A social entrepreneur is motivated by a desire to change the social environment,
 education and economic conditions to help. The main characteristics and 
characteristics of effective social entrepreneurs are the ambition not to accept 
society as a status quo.


Social entrepreneurs are motivated by emotional instincts and want to bring 
social and economic change in the world through their work. They try to find social 
solutions to solve the global problem and not earn profit.


His work style can be adopted by others. He wants to bring changes in social value
 through the improvement of the goods and services offered in the society. Attempts
 to bring progress in the society through good goods, services, etc.  Can be brought
 through non-profit schemes.


(2) serial entrepreneurs


A gradual entrepreneur always comes up with new ideas and starts a new business..  
The media has distinguished successive entrepreneurs as possessing a sense of 
achievement of risk, innovation  and high propensity. Successive entrepreneurs
 have the potential for greater entrepreneurship and frequent successes and more
 experiences. They emerge from greater risk taking and business failure.  


(3) Lifestyle Entrepreneur



Lifestyle gives priority to emotions before entrepreneurial profits so that a coalition
 of personal interest and talent can be established along with earning money. 
 Many entrepreneurs may be primarily motivated by the spirit of making the 
business profitable (such as giving money to shareholders, etc.) However,
The lifestyle entrepreneur deliberately selects an area where he / she has a sense 
of self, interest, competence, knowledge and expertise in order to develop a 
business paradigm and establish his / her business in a more profitable manner 
over a longer period of time.


A lifestyle entrepreneur aspires to become an entrepreneur so that he gets more 
personal freedom, more time for family, and more time to work on projects that 
inspire him.


The lifestyle entrepreneur keeps his hobby along with his profession so that 
business is not an extension of the business but is in control of the enterprise itself.
 Their goal is to be self-employed, to do something that inspires them to have a 
balanced life and business without the shareholder  To do.  Such entrepreneurs are 
dedicated to their business and can work in creative industries and tourism 
industry etc.


(4) Theory based classification


Recent entrepreneurship research activities indicate that differences in 
entrepreneurship and triumph in their behavior can be gauged from the identity
 of the founder of the enterprise.
